Privacy policy
LOW BATTERY is an offline, single-player game by IronGames. This policy explains how the game and player support handle information.
Battery information stays on your device
The game reads battery percentage and charging state to calculate health and gameplay effects. The game processes these readings locally and does not transmit them to IronGames. Fictional heat does not measure device temperature.
Local game data
Tutorial preferences are stored in the app’s local storage. Versions with autosave also store progress and a recovery copy locally. The game provides no account system or cloud synchronization. Apple device backups may include app data according to your settings. Deleting the app may remove local data.
No advertising or tracking
The game has no advertising, analytics SDKs, tracking, account registration or in-app purchases. Game code does not send battery readings, identifiers or gameplay data to IronGames.
Support requests
If you email supportirongames@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to answer your request and investigate problems. Google processes support email through Gmail under its own policies. Please do not send passwords, verification codes or sensitive personal information. You can request deletion of your support correspondence by emailing the same address, subject to any retention required by law.
Apple services
Apple may process TestFlight feedback, crash reports, purchase-account information or App Store diagnostics according to Apple’s policies and your settings. These services are separate from the game’s offline operation.
