Shoe Cleaning Simulator is an offline, single-player game by IronGames.

Game data stays on your device

Progress, tutorial preferences, earned coins, and restoration history are stored locally. The game has no account system, cloud synchronization, advertising, analytics SDKs, or tracking. Game code does not send gameplay data or identifiers to IronGames. Coins are earned through gameplay; there are no in-app purchases.

Local storage and deletion

Deleting the app may remove its local data. Apple device backups may include app data according to your settings. Starting a new game resets active progress.

Support requests

If you email supportirongames@gmail.com, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use this information to respond and investigate problems. Google processes support email through Gmail under its own policies. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or sensitive personal information. You can request deletion of support correspondence by emailing us, subject to any retention required by law.

Apple services and sharing

Apple may process TestFlight feedback, crash reports, App Store diagnostics, and distribution information under its policies and your settings. Optional sharing uses the device share interface; information is sent only to a destination you choose.

This website

These informational pages contain no advertising, analytics scripts, or contact forms. The hosting provider may process connection information to deliver and protect the website. Email links open your email app.
